a local jacksonville woman welcomed four new members to her family on tuesday after giving birth to quadruplets at baptist medical center downtown. the babies were born at just 28-weeks old but they are said to be doing fine. even though the mother has a ventilator to help her with her breathing doctors are not worried about her health.
